The House Supervisor RN will join a thriving, rural hospital that has received the Excellence Award from NRC Health and ACC Chest Pain Center Accreditation.
Under the direction of the Administrative Director and the Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor RN will coordinate patient throughput and serve as a resource for support services and departments throughout the hospital.
In the absence of the Nursing Directors, the House Supervisor RN will provide support for nursing staff and inpatient departments.
The House Supervisor RN will maintain and follow established policies and procedures and accurate daily house report.
Located in the high desert in South Central New Mexico, the House Supervisor RN will enjoy 287 days of sunshine with access to plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and sledding in an area with a rich historical background.
